$55 nightly for single occupancy
$65 nightly for double occupancy
$325 weekly for single occupancy (approx. $46 nightly)
$385 weekly for double occupancy (equals $55 nightly)

$5 nightly parking fee due at check-in
$25 weekly parking fee due at check-in


Terms:
Check-in is between 3:00 – 8:00PM (by appointment)
Check-out by 11:00AM
Balance is due at check-in
2 night minimum stay
Late arrival/early departure is nonrefundable
Reservations must be all single or all double occupancy
For the comfort of our guests we do not allow pets
Children age 10 and above are welcome

Booking Policy:
To stay at the Gothic Guesthouse we ask that you make a reservation with us by providing us an e-mail with your intended dates of stay and contact information of all guests (name, residential address, and cell number). In addition, we require a booking deposit of 50% to be applied to your stay with us and will be refunded unless there is a cancellation within 14 days of the arrival date.
