My wife and I own and operate the guesthouse and are the only permanent residents. There are often several guests staying at the Gothic Guesthouse at any one time. We are attracting guests from around the country and beyond. The guesthouse has 3.5 baths and may be shared by another guestroom. There is limited kitchen usage for guestrooms on the second floor. Our guesthouse is very spacious and there is a lot of common space to be enjoyed by all. Off-street parking is available.

We are the first neighborhood coming from downtown. The neighborhood is called North Elmwood/Upper South Providence. It's a safe neighborhood. It's also a very multicultural neighborhood with a sense of community. We are in great proximity to Providence attractions (in fact, one can walk downcity or to the Newport Ferry from here).
